  1. All vehicles/items advertised on this web site must be either a recognised race car, classic vehicle or of collectable nature.

  2. The web master has the right to refuse acceptance of any vehicle/item that does not meet these criteria.

  3. All vehicles/items advertised on this web site must be described in a fair and honest manner.

  4. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that they have permission to use any Copyrighted photographs.

  5. Any vehicle/item found to be misrepresented will have the web site advertisement cancelled with no refunds for any money paid.

  6. All advertisers must be the legal owners or legal representative for the legal owners of any advertised vehicle/item.

  7. Anyone found to be misrepresenting or not legally entitled to sell any vehicle/item on this web site will be reported to the Department of Fair trading or the Police.

  8. Licensed Motor Dealers must declare their identify in any advertisement.

  9. The advertisement will only be made active after payment has been received.
